A small bag up to 6 kg is €25 and a large bag up to 12 kg is €35. Clean & Press is priced per item from €3.50, linen and bedding from €4, shoes and bags from €15. Pickup and delivery is €10.00, free from €50. Outside Barcelona there is one set window a week for your area and €15 more. All prices include VAT and there is no minimum order.

At booking, for the full amount you saw on the screen. There is no deposit and no second charge, unless your bag weighs more than the size you chose or an item needs different care — and then we ask you to approve the difference before we start.

Only two things change a price. Your bag weighs more than the size you chose, or an item needs different care than the one you picked. We weigh and check everything at our Poblenou facility before any work starts, then we send you the new total and wait for you to approve it. If you say no, we bring it straight back and you pay the original price for what we did.

Yes. Every price on this site, in the app and on your invoice includes VAT.

Yes — the code WELCOME5 takes €5 off your first order. It works on the web and in the app, once per customer, and it cannot be combined with a Monthly plan.

Inside Barcelona, 2 days — back in the same window you chose. Duvets and bulky bedding need 3. Outside Barcelona we come to your area in one set window a week and return on that same weekly window, so the round trip is a week. You always see your exact return date and window before you pay.

Monday to Friday 09:00–13:00 · 13:00–17:00 · 17:00–21:00. Saturday 09:00–13:00 · 13:00–15:00. Same-day windows stay open until 90 minutes before they start, and the driver may arrive up to 30 minutes early if you allow it.

No. We do not collect or deliver on Sunday, and Sunday never appears as a bookable day.

Move or cancel your pickup free, right up until the driver leaves our facility. After that we still come, wait 5 minutes at your street door, and message you — and you can send someone down in your place.

We meet you at the street door, and we wait 5 minutes. In a hotel or an Airbnb we meet you at reception. Coming down saves time and lets us reach the next customer inside their window.

Barcelona and up to 15 km around it. Inside Barcelona you choose any window, Monday to Saturday. Outside Barcelona we come to your area in one set window a week — 15:00–17:00, Thursdays west of our facility and Tuesdays north-east of it — for €15 more, and we return on that same weekly window.

Use any bag you already have — a shopping bag, a suitcase, a bin liner. Nothing needs counting or weighing. Put stained items on top so we see them first, and dry cleaning on hangers or in a separate bag.

Not unless you ask. Separate by colour is +€10 a bag, and you tick it when you book. Everything else in a bag is washed together at the temperature you chose.

Put delicates in a separate small bag or pillowcase inside your laundry bag, and add Delicate care (+€10 a bag): cold, gentle cycle, low-heat dry, mesh bags. Silk, leather and cashmere are best dry cleaned — add them from Clean & Press instead.

Message us with your order number. Every bag is tagged to your order, so we can retrace it at the facility the same day. A person handles it — not a form.

Order before 15:00, Monday to Friday. We collect between 09:00 and 17:00 and bring it back the same evening, 17:00–21:00. Wash & fold bags only, inside Barcelona only, 3 orders a day. €59 for a small bag, €79 for a large one.

If we miss 21:00, we refund the express extra to your card: €34 on a small bag, €44 on a large one. You keep the clean laundry and pay the standard price.

They don't carry over. A plan month is 4 bags on Plus and 2 on Light, and the month starts the day you sign up — that is what keeps the price at €19.75 a bag.

Yes, for 1 month, with no charge. Your fixed slot is held while you are away.

In the app, or by messaging us — the same way you signed up. Your plan stays active to the end of the month you have paid for. Within the first 14 days you can withdraw from the contract and we refund the unused part.

Yes. Light and Plus are 2 pickups a month, about every other week. Plus Pro is 4 pickups a month, 4 bags, €99/mo, and you book each pickup. On any plan, a pickup after your included ones is €10, and an extra 12 kg bag is €25.
