This page describes the localhost build of the new HolaWash website. It is reviewed with our gestoría before the site goes live.
Who we are
HolaWash Tech, S.L., CIF B44592830, Carrer de Pere IV 51, 08018 Barcelona. We are the data controller for everything described here.
What we collect, and why
To bring a driver to your door and clean your clothes, we need: the street, number, floor and door; a mobile number; your name and email for the order and the receipt; and what is in the order. We do not ask for anything we do not need for the job.
Your phone number
Your mobile number goes to the driver assigned to your pickup, so they can reach you at the street door, and to our messaging system for order updates. If you also turn on WhatsApp updates, we store the moment you turned it on and the exact text you agreed to, so we can show what you consented to. It is never used for advertising and you can turn it off at any time.
Your address and access details
We only share your address with your driver. A door code, where you give one, is shown to the assigned driver on arrival and to nobody else, and it is never included in a tracking link.
Who processes data for us
Stripe processes card payments — we never see or store a card number. CleanCloud runs our cleaning operation and receives the order details it needs to do the work. Google Analytics and Google Ads run only after you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the period Spanish tax law requires. Addresses and preferences are kept while your account is open, and deleted when you ask us to close it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to a use of it. Message us and a person will handle it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
