How HolaWash works

Four things happen, and you only have to do one of them.

You give us a street door and a window.
Street and number, floor and door, and a window between 09:00–13:00 · 13:00–17:00 · 17:00–21:00 Monday to Friday, or 09:00–13:00 · 13:00–15:00 on Saturday. Same-day windows stay open until 90 minutes before they start. Sunday is closed.

You see the price before you pay.
Everything you add is priced on the same screen, VAT included: bags, items, care options, pickup and delivery, and the outside-Barcelona window if it applies. The total on the bar is the total on the card.

We come to the street door.
We message you when the driver leaves and again about 10 minutes before. We wait 5 minutes. Any bag is fine — no counting, no weighing.

It comes back in the window you chose.
Inside Barcelona, 2 days later in the same part of the day. Duvets and bulky bedding need 3. Outside Barcelona we return on your area's weekly window.

Changing your mind

Move or cancel free until the driver leaves our facility. After that, message us — a person replies within 30 minutes during opening hours.
